if pac was alive he would be the one who would send a positive message to all these lil rowdy ass niggaz nowadays and give them a different perspective in life. Pac would be more mature and would of made even more, better positive music but at the same time music for the clubs.

I remember pickin up my lil cuzzin and he was with his boys. I was slappin Keep Your Head Up and they said that shit was wack and told me to slap some gucci man and lil wayne. They ended up walkin after that except my lil cuzzin.
who knocks keep ur head up when ur riding with all ur boys lol

I was 16 years old when I heard the news at school. I didn't want to believe it. I actually denied it. Until I heard it on MTV as well. I cried for like 20 minutes. Most awful day in rap history along with the death of Eazy E and Biggie.

RIP Pac

If Pac were alive there wouldn't be all of these faggot rappers in the game. And Gangsta Rap would have never got put on the back burner. If Pac and Big were both alive it would be even better. If Pac Big and Eazy were alive it would the best!!!

the most obvious is that guys like Puffy, Jay Z, Ja Rule and wouldn't have had lucrative solo careers.
Do you have any clue at all how ridiculous & untrue that is? I swear if some of you had it your way the world would believe Tupac was the deciding factor for the entire urban culture and beyond. I think people get confused about what he might have become versus what he actually was at the time of his death. People have taken Tupac the rapper/actor and created Tupac the myth.

If if was a 5th we'd all be drunk

rip pac, i dont know where we would be in hiphop right now, i doubt it would be that much better. who knows what the One Nation album would have stirred up,fools on the east coast accusing smiff and wesson etc of jumping ship, it was hostile times back then in the rap game. and the media didnt help the situation either. but with this music drought we are experiencing, hopefully people go back to the love of hiphop, cause there is definately no money in it right now. step your synth game up, dig in the crates for those samples, get the drumkits right, how many times have you heard that rolling pitched snare. get the lyrics right, get a vocab, we've all heard the same shit everyone has to say, as least get some lyrics and a vocab to change it up. nothing worse than hearing some shit with absolutely no lyrics, and the same hood shit

We probably wouldnt appreciate him as much.
90s babies wouldnt appreciate him as much because to stupid to understand what the fuck he rappin about. If Pac and Biggie were still alive, I bet this rap game would NOT be what it is today.

Maybe Biggie would sell out and do some stupid shit because Puffy would say its a bidness move and he all about makin money but Pac was all about sending messages thru his music to get to the young black youth and to change society. Pac would not be doin no stupid shit like the "Stanky Leg" He would put all that bullshit to sleep. He would probably make some new dope ass bangers like "i get around" or "all about u" for the club.

If he was still alive. Him and Nas woulda of done a whole lot of collabos and its to bad that will never happen because that would be one of the dopest collaborations with those two spittin some real shit.

a few months earlier when all eyez on me dropped, i picked up eazy-e straight off the streetz of muthafuckin compton, and that raekwon only built for cuban links instead hahah. you know i eventually picked it up though. all those unreleased tracks they finally released has that one track with redman and method man, plus inspectah decks verse too, sick. I'm going to play a serious round of devil's advocate.

If Pac would be alive, he would have realized he was getting ripped off by Suge Knight. I don't remember Pac running his own label. He was always an artist. He was getting to know the bizz, but his strength was his art. He probably would have had to go his own way and get discovered by a new label.

He would still have been a huge shit talker, and his point of view on a lot of topics and his rap beefs would have eventually made him less popular. He found a way to offend just about everyone he could. His music at the time of his death was heading in a different direction than mainstream Hip Hop which also would have hurt his record sales. Once downloading music came of age, his numbers would have went in the same direction Daz, Kurupt and a lot of the old Deathrow artists went. He never would have worked with Dr. Dre again because he ran his mouth.

Pac would have embraced the Hyphy Movement because it was Bay Area oriented and many of the artists he worked with endorsed it. As a smart businessman he also would have endorsed it because he would have seen money in being added as features with new artists.

Most if not all of the current mainstream rappers today would still exist. Kayne came up under Jay Z's wing and even with Pac alive Jay Z would have eventually started selling more records then him. Jay Z was taking his music in the direction of big flashy videos and mainstream glamor and Pac was trying to take his music in the direction of Thug Life.

Who knows, Pac might even be someone you would be making posts about saying he need to retire...
