Idea for the Siccness

I think there should be a BULLSHIT THREAD LIMIT. Lookin' at a topic, either by title, or the actual thread itself, I think you can pretty much tell which threads clearly belong in the Open or Classic forums, and which are just downright bullshit. In which case, I suggest a mod implement a Bullshit Thread Limit.

Each person should be limited to 3, maybe 5 (thats a stretch) bullshit threads (day/week/month); not quite sure. After that has expired, but the threadstarter continues to make bullshit threads, that person should receive a WARNING. It they don't take heed to the warning, then they should be BANNED.

I think it'd eliminate a lot of unnecessary clutter.

What's bullshit to you might not be bullshit to me. And I've seen some bullshit threads turn into some funny ass shit, which I don't mind reading cuz I find it entertaining and time consuming during my boring ass work day.
