im not tryin to get in the middle of all that, but i dont think they accept white people people as a norteno. i aint tryin to be racist or sumthing but norte is a mexican gang ya know? but in another thread u guys got into that so im juss gonna leave it at that. at least thats wut mah dad said. i was going thew sum letters he wrote me when he was in prison, he said that place aint no joke, that they are seperated into white blacks and mexicans. have any of you seen BLood in BLood out???? but i think its more about prooving you'r self.... ya feel me?

I'm sorry to put this in again but aren't Mexicans white? I don't mean to cause offence, but Mexicanism is a nationality, and white is a skin color, it's a physical thing, matter of appearance, can't you be white and Mexican? Woodie certainly looks white......I know he ain't full Mexican cuz he said he half Irish. Irish people are white (that's something I DO know about as I am half Irish), so Woodie must be at least half white even if you say Mexican ain't white. People failing to distinguish race and color annoys me....I don't know why. I mean I'm from nowhere near America (England) so I maybe don't know as much, so please put me right if I'm wrong. Like I say, no offence.

aight dont get my words twisted..
In redwood there allotta fellow DOWN ASS WHITE NORTENOS along with a whole lotta FAKES..
But when you raised alongside with the homeboys growin up earnin stripes and learning the history of it all often your race isnt that much of a factor on the streets..
BUT as i have been told..
The streets and the penn are two different worlds.. even if the penn has a say on what goes down on the streets..
now i cant speak first hand cuz i've only been threw the juvinile system.. but as the older homeboys have told me it is mostly divided by race, not in all cases but majority is ran by race.

Now it always seems that the LA heads on the board are always yelling about N/S gangs is strickly mexican... and in so. cal you'll never see a white guy in a mexican gang BUT a couple months ago we were at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and funk jumped and BELIVE IT OR NOT THERE WERE a handfulla white "surenos" rolling with them. I'd say at least 2 or three were white.
I had never seen it before.. but they were bangin sportin rags and everything. Take it how you want to.. but they calimin ya'll shit along with whites up here in some sets (its rare but i've seen it)

Now as far as DOWN ASS CATS AND BEIN WHITE IS CONCERNED..
It's prolly different down there but in the bay race isnt much a factor.. just where you from and what youve done..
or at least from my experiences
