I'm anticipating this.

"This shit is cocky, no apologies, west coast gangsta shit."
That's pretty much the same things he said of Raw Footage. It wasn't really cocky and west coast except a couple of songs. I also hope he steps up with his rapping and rhyming because in Raw Footage it was kind of lazy.

I heard Raw Footage & to me it wasnt good Smile Now Cry Later was his last best...
So I dunno about this one if he reely lives it up to what he said?????? Ice Cube has gotten me losin more & more interest...... Imo he needs to collab with only west coast artists but better ones like WC, DJ Quik, MC Eiht, Celly Cel, San Quinn, Mess, E-40, Too Short, C-Bo, Killa Tay, Mitchy Slick, Jayo, Cricet, Steve Vicious, B-Legit, Spice 1, Lynch, just only west coast rappers fuck workin with garbage mainstream rappers & producers especially from other regions......

Cube should just sit and listen to the classics from the 90s that put the west on the map... draw inspiration from that, and try to continue on with it.

You always hear about artists wanting to "evolve" and "mature"... but the realness is if you can just keep putting out a similar product in different packaging, you'll be straight. Young Jeezy is the perfect example. He really hasn't changed up shit, but he still manages a half dozen hard tracks on each album. How often do you hear new shit from an artist and you think "its cool I guess, but that old shit was fire"

Think of big business products like Nike... they been releasing the same damn shoe for 30 years, just re-styling it and y'all still droppin 180 a pop for the same shit you bought last year, but with an extra stitch here and there plus some yellow added into it.

Cube stays consistent. As far as making music is concerned, he still makes solid albums and I will be looking forward to this. Cube is one of those artists that you can just go and cop his newest album, or any album for that matter, without hearing 1 snippet or single and be thoroughly satisfied......those artists are very rare now......off the top of my head I would say bun b, scarface, and e-40 are up there.....

Cube commented recently about Bishop Lamont, Crooked I, and Glasses Malone, and the rest of these new west artsits tryna bread up off the OG artists......

"What's up with these local MC's in L.A. who keep disrespecting me? They're just mad cause I don't f**k with they wack-ass. They ain't on my level, why should I waste my time. I don't even remember ever meeting these clowns or even being in the same room with any of 'em. They can't make a name for themselves so they need help from the O/G's. I refuse the throw'em a life line. f**k'em. It ain't my job to make nobody famous. And for the record, I ain't scared of no n***a. Especially, no rappers....seriously people.

Age-ism in rap? Age-ism is everywhere folks. In the work place, in sports and of course in hip-hop. We are a out with the OLD in with the NEW world. But as we go through life we realize NEWER ain't always better. We find ourselves saying, "Back in the day, bah, bah, bah...." All young MC's should route for old MC's to have long careers. If you play us out, what kind of future do you have in hip-hop when you get 40?

Advice for young rappers: You gotta be hot on your block first, then your city, then your state, then your country, then the world. If you can't make your block notice you. The world is a tall task."

just read this....Cube has a point it's not his job to help them but he's also coming across as extrememly disrespectful. But for the matter i don't think he cares, and frankly I think the album will still be good.

Also I think this is more directed towards U-N-I, Nippsey Hussle, and Crooked....

Oh and he said something about Mack-10 that was funny as hell...like he said if they were to reconcile, Mack would have to kiss his pinky ring haha
