I don't think "Bury Me on East 18th St." should be used, because for one, it's not a Woodie solo song, as stated before. But I don't think he would want his fans being this sad over him like this.
That's why I think "Norte Sidin'" should be the song used, because that's what opened up Woodie to a majority of his fans, atleast I can say that's the song that introduced me to him. Plus it just summed up Woodie's way of life, and it's not gloomy or anything like that. It's got that catchy Bay Area bounce that no one can hate on.
