IMO, X-Raided, C-Bo & Lynch are “west coast rap legends” in general because they put sac on the map, then theres another category of other rappers from sac that are “sac rap legends” for example, Gangsta Dre, Hollow Tip and Lunasicc are sac legends that had a few underground classics from the 90s.
