I havent heard a good Bay Area album in 2007. What would you reccomend?

this is the realist thread ive seen in a while... these past two years have been too disapointing... i think the bay area didnt follow 40 hard enough (quinn released his album nation wide bfore 40, no hype, no sales) and just waited for the paper to come at them, and waited all year... that money never came... now all the artist is getting there shit straight this year, but nothin interesting is coming out till the middle of 07.... somebody needs to hit the hustla button on these rappers... cause the bay is known nation wide for its independent hustle, and nobody is hustlin or even pushin good shit anymore... and when they do push, they dont push smartly (trax is just now making a video for his "The Slap Addict" album, when that shit dropped a years ago)... its a damn shame....
I am not a big Wax fan but maybe I should give another try.
Never heard Lawless or V-White. Maybe its time to give more artists I havent heard a chance. CDs are so damn expensive though I'd rather not waste the cash trying to find another good artist given the rate of success Ive had with that over the years.
And to the cat that said that Grouch and Zion I is better than anything else out this year you are right but it came out in 2006.
Seems like all the good albums for '07 r yet to come out..but wen they drop theres gonna be alot of heat this year

lol @ that foo sayin no mixtapes and hella mixtapes being named....although guce's mixtape & ya boy's mixtape were pretty good with allmost all original beats
off top, I can't think of a tight ass bay release from 07, and thats pretty sad.

I liked that PSD album and so do plenty of folks I know..... 8/10.... It's pretty different so it's probably not for everyones taste but it was well worth the $ IMO.
But yeah, not too much has been dropping so I've been catching up on stuff from other regions. But once FAB and Turf drop, you know those will be quality slap.
