but yeah, zero media, i don't know what cost of living you were lookin at, but its pretty expensive here in the bay, and down south as well(l.a. and san diego), unless you wanna live in the valley (HAHAHAHA) then yeah, its cheap as fuck, but over here, in san jose, its about um, 600K for a ghetto ass house lol..
studios are rought $800-$1000 a month to rent..
