How is GMP directed more towards the mainstream than any of the other collab albums? I just dont see it.. it has a different feel for sure but still Tech.. yall act like this shit is soulja boy or something. He has energy in every song he makes with a couple exceptions.. most rappers nowadays cant do it for a fucking verse.

Bottom line is most of yall only want one type of music, no versatility. Which is why KOD, Lost Scripts, and Seepage get so much love.

F U Pay Me, Gamer, Jumpin Jacks, Harvey Dent, Keep It 100, Afterparty, Too Many Girls, Far Out, Paper, Loud and Need More Angels = All dope tracks.. I guess people just love the dark shit.. if you like rap, you should be feeling most of these tracks imo.. Seepage owns but cmon theres only 5 tracks
its not that it has to be dark the gates was just crap i dont wanna listen to a cd where i have to cringe to listen to all the crap features and all the wack hooks. Were all the features and hooks wack... no but it seemed like there was always something on alot of the songs that made them skippers hooks beats features what ever it maybe imo

You guys totally must love the dark shit, because ollie gates was tight, and the Alucard song is sick too but the chorus is completely horrible and you guys are eatting that shit up but you cant listen to ollie gates? makes no sense. blah blah blah it sounds maintstream. Tech is still busting tight verses so be happy. Bigrawb knows his music

I dunno.. I think they might have used too much distortion on his voice. It just doesnt fit to the feel of the song imo. The verses are jumpy and fast but the hook is slow and stretched out. It might have sounded better with a slightly faster tempo and less effect.

the hook on alucard is amazing and fits the song perfectly......the words alone shit all over GMP

anyone that enjoys GMP more than 10%...probably masturbates roughly to a souljah boy poster..

i liked "harvey dent" for about 3 playthroughs....short lived....much like that album...matter of fact...yep there it sits on the shelf cant even collect dust cause its at the very fucking bottom.....GMP was created for the mainstream.....the other collabos were nothing like...sickology was close going that direction but MLK was still gritty and continues to shit all over those other "collabos" albums all day

Hardest release since KOD. This is 1000x better than Lost Scripts. Not to take anything away from from the Lost Scripts though, but DAMN Alucard and Seepage have got to be his best tracks since Come Gangsta.

Agreed that MLK is probably the best of the collabo albums... But GMP still gets play for me. If youre not feelin Far Out at the very least then you my friend are a lame. Your comment about soulja boy heightens my suspicion.

Alucard hook was meant to be slow BECAUSE the verses were fast. Tech likes the contrast to make the hook legible. (midwest choppers, welcome to the midwest, etc.) And this distortion you speak of wasnt an accident. He is a huge "Evil Dead" fan. He wanted to mimick the voice of possessed Cheryl when she says "one by one we will take you"

tech says "shut up. i know what im doin"

That's probably the reason I don't like the song much. I don't like when people use that megaphone filter for an entire song.
