It's a painting by Bosch. http://www.ibiblio.org/wm/paint/auth/bosch/

"Hieronymus, or Jerome, Bosch, b. c.1450, d. August 1516, spent his entire artistic career in the small Dutch town of Hertogenbosch, from which he derived his name.

At the time of his death, Bosch was internationally celebrated as an eccentric painter of religious visions who dealt in particular with the torments of hell. "

Great album cover and the inside was the shit

I agree. I think it was perfect for the album. Bosch was obsessed with religion and particulary images of hell and torment. Perfect for Natas. I think "Forever Fly" is is a masterpiece track, and of course "Telly Savales" -
"Don't nobody love me, fuck me! Is god tryna kill me? Must be
Five fingers can't feel me, two hands can't touch me
We outcha mind ahead of space and time, trust me"

yup Bosch is one of my favorite painters and I think most people would agree that Garden of Earthly Delights is his masterpiece. Ive got a reproduction of it hangin in my hallway, every time I look at it I see somethin new.
there have been hundreds of books on his artwork, go to the library and soak it up sometime
