um lets see cause YOU ARE. no matter how cool or how much you think everyone sits at the pc or shitbox and plays a game for hours on end every single day drinking tha dew they dont. sry bub. maybe say 14-18 year olds and then 19-23 year olds who dont wanna work something other than their gamer score and online rep. you try so fucking hard day end and day out to talk shit over the internet its pretty damn obvious you are either a virgin or haven't got laid in a very long time. Go get some ass son you really need it. If you spent half as much time trying to get a girlfriend or at least laid as you do playing games and trying to be the internet shit talkin emo then you would be actually be happy and not just claim you are little man.

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN) - A new study finds that video games are more widespread in American society, and gamers are getting older. Research from the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) shows 67 percent of households in the United States are playing video games.
An average of 62 percent of Americans play with others, known as multiplayer, at least once a week. Among those households, 48 percent of parents are playing games with their children.
The study also found that the average gamer is older than what most people might think; the average player is 34 years old, while the average purchaser is even older at 40.
"Computer and video games are now available to consumers on every screen from smart phones to computers to flat screen televisions," ESA President and CEO Michael D. Gallagher explained. "This enables millions of Americans enjoy the immersive storytelling, incredible graphics, and compelling plot lines."
"These works of art are a fun and engaging way to bring people together, especially families who are playing video games together now more than ever," Gallagher added.
