It's suprising how many people you see nowadays with huge arms and nothing else. I don't understand how a guy like this can have such massive arms and no pecs or forearms. The fact is that you use your forearms with every weigh excercise that works the biceps and triceps, so if you have massive biceps and triceps, you should have massive forearms by default. Just that fact points to the use of some nasty 'bulking' agent (whatever it is)
