I've decided to sell my HP iPaq HW6945. This phone has absolutely everything you can imagine on it. GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, Games, Videos, Pictures, etc...

Nope, the internet is free as long as you connect via WiFi like a laptop. WiFi is free at my school and also downtown in Union Square so I could manage my eBay auctions while I'm in class or on the go. I also have a netgear wireless router at the house, so if I'm out by the pool I can log on as well. Its allot of fun to have and comes in handy if you get lost looking for a record store you never been to. The GPS has turn by turn instructions that talk to you so you don't have to keep looking at the device while driving.
