thats why i dont believe people freestyle anymore. Its all some memorized shit. Think about it, why would anybody keep it real and go off the top and stumble across words. Freestylers are trying to promote themselves to get deals, so ofcourse theyre gonna swear up and down all that written/rehearsed shit is off the top. Even on fight club and all them shits on youtube is some written shit . Most of it atleast

Freestyle helps you find youur flow your voice it lets you exercise youur abilities to the point where you know your breath control and pattern then you apply what you have developed to your writtens.

But practice pratcice practice. Battle your cat the tv anything rhyme about taking a shit while u shit. Rhyme step for step what your doing...
Only if you're really down will u do these things.....

was my click does is we get these sessions like twice a week. we meet chill in the crib and freestyle for around 4 to 6 hours. switching topics mid freestyle then i say write a lot also
