you can run PeerGuardian with utorrent, it basicly monitors all the ips that connect to you, and blocks like the movie/tv etc companies IPs. Every time you run it, it downloads the latest list of known companies ip addresses, so its not 100% but im hoping it works i use it

I USE BITCOMET AS MY SERVER.. I WAS GOING TO DL UTORRENT BUT I HAD EXPERIENCE W/ BITCOMET FROM MY PREVIOUS COMP..

USUALLY, AFTER IF FINISHES DOWNLOADING AND WHEN IT STARTS TO UPLOAD, I STOP IT, SAVE THE DIRECTORY, AND DELETE TASK..

ALSO, WHEN I DL IT, ON THE OPTIONS BOX, I UNCHECK THE SHARE FILE TO PEERS SO I DONT SHARE IT W/ OTHERS? I HOPE THAT REDUCES MY RISK OF GETTIN CAUGHT...
