275 1 time about 6 months ago. I'm 5'6" 185. Haven't lifted since cause I've been training for a marathon which I just did. About to get back into the weight room now that I have slimed down to 170-175, and get back into a program.
i aint started on my legs yet (too lazy, shit im i bench n curl n shit)...but i recently found out my neighbore can leg presses 1200 lbs reps...now thats some shit
