Considering that I started lifting in November I'm pretty happy with 3x10 at 75 lbs on dumbbells. I'm really not a fan of the barbell.... though I guess I could do like 2 reps of 205... not sure though...

Do what you want by yourself, but if you compare shit with other guys, that makes you gay in my book. I don't lift shit but my dick, and I still got the balls to say "Fuck you" to anyone I want. But if working out makes up for the size of your dick or somehow makes you feel more like a man, then enjoy.

In the meantime, I'll sit back and drink this, and smoke this, and laugh watchin' your veins pop out of your head.

But that's just me. Do what ya like I suppose.

I bench over 320, but I work out with my team like 4 dayz a week so I might just be a lil stronger than the average person that doesnt lift that often....

Damn yall put up hella weight.

I can only put up 185 x 5 reps. But shit I only been working out for a little more than 1 year. I started with just 1 25lb on each side.

Working out isnt about making up for the size of your dick bro. Its feeling good about your body. Puttin in the work and seeing results. That shit makes you feel good about yourself.

It doesn't matter how much you bench in total, but it's how much you're able to lift above your own body weight that counts.

I don't bench much, tryin to get ripped and not look like some muscle bound gorilla. But I can bench 45 lbs above my own weight (30 reps)....

damn...im barely doin 135 x 5...but i only work out in summers cuz i hate liftin weigths inside n shit when its cold as fuck outside...i juss started last summer...gunna start again soon..fuck it
