I work at a desk finally after 5-6 yrs of production. I work in the tracffic department for Columbia Sportswear. I build loads for shipping & call carriers. I watch the screens as freight is processed as it completes I get the paperwork ready. I work M-Th 11am-930pm & I get a good hrly pay.
I got a desk too, as a videoconferencing technician doing A/V meeting support in conference rooms. Pay is good, lots of work but the day goes by fast, start at 7am M-F every day...

I got a desk but 70% of my time (that I work) requires my time on the manufacturing floor monitoring the process...somedays I take up to 3hr lunches come in late and leave early so it's cake plus I input my own time so it looks as if i'm always on time
