my shit jus died yesterday... waitin on the box.. it was goin so damn good too, my year warrantees up in like 3 months or some shit like that too, but im pissed jus got my elite rank in rainbow six too aint even got to play a match.. sons a bitches!

yeah. my homie got his the first day it dropped, worked fine for about 5months and fucked up, he sent it to them, they fixed it, fucked up again about a month later , sent it in again and they just gave him a brand new one

SON OF A BITCH mine is now crap I have had it since oct 2006 so I figured I was in the clear wrong now I got the 3 lights of death I just got off the phone with microsoft though at least they will repair it for free but this blows my kids are in bed I just sat down with a rockstar and I was going to chill and play didnt even get one game in I sure hope this fixes it I dont want to have to send it back in over and over again

I had my first 360 for about 2 weeks and it started to freeze when I played madden. Brought it to Bestbuy and they just exchanged me a brand new system. Person at Bestbuy gave me the new controller and extra hard drive, havent had a problem since. Hope I don't have the deal with MS the way you guys described the shipping process.
