cause none have stepped up to the plate! ask yourself this. how many people like to play the backround and help others without major benefits involved. Possibly a better businessman could take it to that level but who? and i dont know about "giving" anybody anything. Nobody gave me anything for free!

why are people getting on his case for making some money of homeboy music? Is having a business based around homeboy rap a bad thing?

If thats your logic, then why not give away your CD's for free? Or charge only the amount it cost to have the CD manufactured

no its not a bad thing you should be making money if i was a rapper id rather have a homeboy making money off my shit instead of rasputins or any other store he's the one who said he pushed homies shit for nada and stoped because of the hate so i said why not let someone else deal wit it push what sells you dont have to push every bodys shit because i know theres alot of shit out there that should have never been pressed like dj quick said if it dont make dollarz it dont make sense

i been to oregon, washington, arizona, new mexico, kansas and idaho pushin this music. all i gotta say is people out of state support our music like crazy.. so much more then our own gente here in cali. we sell cds to everybody out of state.. not just homiez. thing is.. a lot of homiez out here think they should get a fuckin handout just cuz they a homie. they dont wanna buy a cd they want you to give it to em for free or dam near free. but will turn around and shell out 16 bucks for the new jacka or thizz release. i recently did a show at the antioch fairgrounds. got on stage and had to watch a gang of homiez standing 50 feet from the stage posted like they was on a prison yard or somethin. did my thing and as soon as the jacka was announced i seen these same homiez runnin practically trippin over each other to get to the front of the stage.. which is all good the jacka is the shit i aint gonna deny him that. but you would think we as a collective group would show support for our own under any circumstances especially at a concert where there are northern homies on the performance list.. but i come to expect that here in northern cali. it is what it is. thats why i love traveling and performing out of state. they really show appreciation for our music and show luv to us for coming out and peforming for them. they truly show luv and thats what we lack out here. its sad but true.

IF ITS IN YOUR HEART...AND YOU STARTED OUTTA LOVE...THEN YOU KEEP PUSHIN THE STRUGGLE. YOU DONT BACK OUT BECAUSE OF HATE?? THAT JUST DONT SOUND RIGHT TO ME. AND ABOUT THE CASPER LOC INTERVIEW, ITS OK IF IT NEVER GOT TO AIR. WE HAVE IT IN FULL. I DONT DISLIKE YOU PERICO, JUST WASNT FEELIN THE FEW CONVERSATIONS WE HAD WHEN IT CAME TO BUSINESS....AND THEN ALSO WHEN I ASKED TO GET A COPY OF THE FOOTAGE THAT WAS TAKEN IN MY PAD. GRANTED, IT IS YOUR FOOTAGE, AND YOU ARE RIGHT, THE ONLY REASON YOU WERE THERE IS BECAUSE OF TITO B. I DONT DOUBT THAT YOU HELPED PEOPLE LIKE TITO B, CONER, & STARZ THE LIMIT AS WELL AS THOSE RAPPERS THAT DONT KNOW HOW OR WHERE TO PROMOTE THEIR MUSIC TO THE MASSES. THATS GOOD. I RESPECT THAT. THE HOMIES NEED THAT OUTLET. MOST OR MAJORITY OF HOMEBOY RAPPERS WILL STRUGGLE TO GET THEIR MUSIC SOLD. MOST HAVE NEVER SOLD THEIR 1000 THEY PRESSED UP. THOSE HOMIES WILL MISS YOUR SITE. AS FAR AS THE CASPER INTERVIEW GOES, I WILL GIVE U A CHANCE TO LISTEN TO THE FINAL COPY BEFORE LETTIN EVERYONE ELSE HEAR IT IF YOUD LIKE. LET ME KNOW. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR LOGOS ON THE ARTWORK, LET ME KNOW AS WELL. STARZ THE LIMIT AND YOU. I AINT TRIPPIN. AS THE FOOTAGE GOES, THERE ARE REASONS FOR ME ASKIN TO REVIEW IT FIRST. THATS ALL. IF THERE ARE ANY HOMIES OUT THERE LOST OR NEED HELP PUSHIN (EITHER FOR YOU OR FOR YOUR WHOLE RECORD LABEL,) LET ME KNOW. I AM ALL WILLIN.

u know i can respect your view homie. Since i met u back in the days i had a respect fr what you were doing for your area code and your city and you really seemed to on it from a business prespective. But I've been dealing in this HBR music bizz since about 1999 and i've seen it grow, evolve, balloon and collapse right in front of my eyes homie and it became a little discouraging to see it go from "we're all gonna help eachother" to "im tryna get mine". and i can see your arguemnt about pushing for the struggle and thats what i continue to do day to day homie. Just because i dont sell cds for people does not mean im not trying to take it to the next level for our raza. Even after i had messaged with you i was still considering hook u up with footage down the road but as of now im still in my editing stages for the dvd and cant let anything go until im absolutly done and know what will be used and what wont and even if it is id still would have worked with you on it, all i ask is shoot me a film credit. As for the HBR distribution, im at a wrap for that as of now. im still debating over pushing some cds on the site of artist featured on my dvd's because i get people asking about the homies in the dvds all the time but i just cant push for selfish people who alot of times i dont really even know personally but the expect me to take them to the top by releaseing one album and like you were saying , have a hard time pushing the minimum 1000 copies. So im just gonna try to stick to what i know and pump out these videos and documentaries and hope that maybe this will take it to another level that we are currently lacking in as a movement.
