This dude should have been caught in the 10th shooting. There was a got dam cop no more than 50 yards away from where he took the shot and he still managed to slip away.

And then in the last murder the cops were on the scene within 2 minutes and had numerous witnesses that said they saw holmes shoot the lady and saw him hop in the "cream" colored van and skirt out. And they had I-95 blocked off within 10 minutes totally stopping the traffic flow.

Either we got some of the shittiest cops/Feds/ATF/Task force know to man, or this sniper prick is a genius. There is no way he/they should still be walking the street.
