How do you get songs from your computer to your phone?

I jus got a Razer and I'm trying to find out how to put mp3s on it. Anyone know? I don't wanna buy from the site cuz they ain't got the songs I won't. Or how do you get anything on there from my comp like pictures.

here's what i do...
I have a samsung t609..so all i do is record 20 second clips of the songs i want on a cd. convert em to mp3, load em up on my sd, and save em on my phone as ringtones...
all i need now is 3gp converter and i can convert wmv, mpegs, and avi's to play on my phone
