I mean real deal bonifide stress, when your close to, the edge and on the verge of snapping, how do you shake it?

(please omit any response along the lines of sex, religion, and/or drugs)
I was going to put this in the open forum but would rather have less farcical responses here...

Seriously though, I'd say run a few miles, for the physical, and then confide in someone you like talking to forthe mental...and remember to get perspective on everything, your problems are a drop in the ocean, ya dig? Oh yeah, and weed does help...stay up.

the key is too keep yourself busy so your not sitting and dwelling on it.. but yeah i puff on a blunt too and thats always helped :classic:

Ride in my car, listen to acid jazz loud as fuck to the point where everyone is lookin at me like I'm crazy - park where I can get a view of the city, have a beer/cigarette/joint etc.

Play video games.
Write.
Read.

My main way is - I have a slammin ass one-speed, and I shmob that around town all the time. Nothin like slammin down a hill in Frisco havin to dodge hella shit at top ass speed and rollin through traffic. Ima get a custom cage made so i can put a boombox behind my seat. Once thats done, can't nobody ever fuck with me.

true...kinda like the phrase, idle hands are the devils playground...if you build it up, its gotta come out, negatively or positively...working alone listening to music is my key....reggae is good to calm the nerves

get involved in something physical, u can go insane if u dont have some sort of regular physical thing to do to get your mind off things.

Meditate you wont believe how well it can calm your mind, when i meditate for even like 10-15 minutes im very calm and tranquil the rest of the day.

if im just furious and delirious i just lay down and try to pass out,sleep all the shit through,usually when you wake up ,even after like an hour nap,your mind has realesed all the focus on certain problems,jus my case
