randomly downloaded two of his tracks back in my junior year of high school... it was Questions and Earthquake

I thought that shit sounded fuckin' insane, came across The Anthem and shortly afterwards found T9HQ... then from there I heard It's Alive! in my step uncles car who at that time wasn't familiar with who it was by on the way to a ball game and straight away recognized the flow and the CHAH!

been down ever since

on February 2, 2004 I saw Imma tell playing on BET. I was wondering that day if i would find any unbelievable talented rappers on there and I was like oh shit this shit is straight FIRE. So the next day i got my bro to buy Absolute Power because i was 14 at the time, and i could not believe I liked every single song on the album. I did not find out about this forum untill like a year after so I just looked at the website, which back then was very poor.

I was incarcerated in Booneville, Mo back in '00-'01...being from Texas I was randomly placed in a bay which was about 75% people from KC. They told me about him. First place I went (on the way home after release) was BestBuy to cop the new Dungeon Family and some other CD's...saw Anghellic while I was there...and me being fascinated with all things morbid was immediately drawn in by the cover art...copped it...blew my fuckin' mind...been on it ever since.

October 1997 the day the Gang Related soundtrack came out. Questions was the first Tech song I ever heard. CBTS and The worst were the first albums I got off of Napster but AngHELLic was the first album I bought.

I downloaded a song called Make "That Ass Hop" I cant remember what artist it was. It was on Kazaa so of course it was mislabeled. I really was diggin it and I guess it was in 2000-2001 when my cousin played me The Calm Before The Storm and "Planet Rock" was this "make that ass hop" song. Listened to that album and been a fan since.

Those two tracks are some of my least favourite Tech N9ne tracks.. can't say I would look into his other tracks hearing these two..

At the time I heard jellysickle and thought it sounded good. Now that I know all of his songs, I would agree in saying those are probably some of my least favorite tracks as well.

I first heard Tech back in '98 on Yukmouth's first solo Thugged Out:The Albulation. It was the song Stallion with Yuk and MC Ren. It was part 3 of the Just Don't Bite It series. I just remember hearing Tech's verse and thinking who the hell was that? Tight ass verse and still one of my favorite songs to this day.

bought Blocc Movement by C-Bo & Brotha Lynch Hung and heard Tech N9ne on there spittin fire. Then it wasn't but a few weeks later my friend came over with Anghellic and we started listening to it and we were hooked on that album for months. Ever since then I've followed Tech N9ne as closely as I follow Lynch.

me and my boy were smoking riding around in 04-05....he had a burned cd that had the first verse and chorus of absolute power, einstein, and this ring on it...bought every thing that came out after that.....

and to think i remember picking up absolute power in the record store in 2002, and i set it back down because it was a black dude with red hair...who woulda knew
