Yeah it's VERY VERY VERY loosely based on a true story...there was a serial killer named Ed Gein way back in the day who used to make suits out of womens skin..and dance around in em and shit like that..just look up that name on Google or somethin and more shit will come up, he was also the inspiration for Buffalo Bill from Silence Of The Lambs.

Uh i think I must have already watched the Special edition because the version I watched was pretty fuckin bloody.

I understood all the undertones and shit in the movie, but I still didnt like it much. I aint a pussy, especially to violence in movies like that, but that shit just wasnt even fun to watch. Think I grew out of that head-drilling shit

i bought the dvd, before even checkin it out and i wasn't really feeling it, and i usually like alot of horror movies.

the shit was really tame to me and the acting of the 4 victims was terrible.
i mean, it was a decent watch, but i was like 'that's it???'. supposedley he couldn't get a studio who had the balls to put it out for years and that it would be the ultimate horror movie, but i think it's far from it. but then again, i'm more into zombies and monsters and shit and this was based on just really wiered people

i suppose i should check it out again and pay closer attention to the 'messages' in it... cause i really didn't pick up on it the first time, but i'll watch it again soon

You should watch a George Romero or Lucio Fulci flick to see zombie horror with a demented twist.
Especially Fulci's movies.
Zombie is a classic, where else do you see a zombie fighting a real life shark?
His movie The Beyond is down right disturbing....
