Barrio2Barrio is a better title cuz even the raza that doesn't bang might check it out because of the title and the homeboy with old school attire. Gives you a straight up idea what it's about.
If they changed up the cover and titled it something like VALLEY 2 DA BAY[streets to the studio vol. 2] and hyphy homeboys in scrapers with some bay rappers you would be appealing to a demographic that doesn't give a shit about Northern Chicano Rap/Chicano rap in the first place, and in turn, ignoring the bigger fan base, which is chicanos and latinos.


Anyways, the covers sick.

First off I would like to say sorry for saying all you westbay homies it wasn't meant to sound like that and after reading it I see how it could be takin. And next I would like to say I've been invited by numerous bariios throughout the country and I have been to some so far and some I haven't but all that is needed is to send a call or an email a letter or whatever and it will be remembered and replied to when I can. I try to please homies by havin westbay homies on the interviews and wherever I can but if u want me in your hood it takes an invite. How would u fel if some guy in converse and dickies just showed up wit a camera on you and your homies? I think you might trip because every hood has there own problems going on and it gets different from dope, to snitches, to surenos, to bulldogs, to whoevever, u might not evem be in cali amd be fighting about 10 different gangs in 1 city at least, so I try not to just pop up on people. But don't take it personal its never intentional, every hood got love from me and on or off dvd. Much love to all whever u at.

perico hit me up once to come to the barrio to film the homies out here but its been over a year or more. before the first dvd came out.
maybe one day when heat dies out a little and perico wants to slide by we can get some cool shit on the next dvd.

we got alot of homeboy hoods out here that can get a lil piece in the dvd.san jo is one big ass place.

im sure we all play a part in the game. well at least the active homeboys who put in work wit their boys.
but its good to have someone to put shit out like that. in the industry and entertainment part of the game,perico is doin thangs. while in the street part and penetentary part. the other homies are doin thangs.
but we need both to stay in the game.
