naw i'm extremely healthy, i eat mostly vegetables and fruits, and i eat cheese and some milk once in awhile, i'm actually a 'pesca'tarian, i eat fish or shrimp every once in a while, usually once ever week or two.
I make sure to get enough protein and vitamins, and my skin has never looked this good.
I work out, and i look very healthy.
maybe you just need to meet more vegetarians(pescatarians).
