HIM, there is a way.
Just buy "free range" chicken and turkeys, its barely more expensive, really not that much more than foster farms n shit like that, and you are buying chickens and turkeys that grow up on smaller farms that can run around and have a 'normal' life and then are killed and are killed in a non-torturous way. This is the NORMAL and traditional way of farming, the ridiculous amounts of meat that Americans eat has caused this type of treatment to animals.
Don't get me wrong, I understand humans eat meat, there is no problem there, but its another thing to over-indulge(as in eat more than what you need on a daily basis, which MANY americans do) and allow this type of slaughterhouse style of farming to happen.
I am a vegetarian, but not for that reason, because once i knew about that type of slaughterhouses i would buy free range chicken from smaller farms, but i became a full vegetarian for the principle that if i was forced to kill the chicken myself(like if i had a farm and had ot make it for dinner) i couldn't kill it, so if i wouldn't be able to do it w/ my bare hands, then why should i eat it?
I've been healthy ever since.
