they sell bongs in smoke shops with bowls and everything ready to smoke out of....this shit has to be prepared to use as a bong so it dont even really count as paraphernelia....thats like saying they'll make the lil glass air freshener things illegal since tweakers blow them into glass pipes for their meth.....but thats not the case....shit i can get a glass pipe for cyrstal at any liquor store and some gas stations in stoccton so i dont see what the big deal about this vodka bottle would be......
