Yea, I'd say he's up there near the top. I'm not sure about greatest RAPPER, but I'd say one of the greatest artists, period. Always doin' some other shit.

there is no one greatest of all time, there would have to sub devisions and what not where you can be the best in that sub devision, but thats it.
