I know this is a "gangster" rap forum
but since I am already a member anyway I thought I might get away with a question related to non rap music.

Does anyone here know what the music is called in this clip? Somehow I think this music is really cool and I would like to hear more of it but I do not know what it is called so I can not do a search for it in the local record store (if they even have it)

sounds like thai music. some spiritual shit. heterophony/polyphonic i believe is how its categorized. kantrum would be the type of sound.

Close it's not Thai it is Indonesian music I think it is called Gamelan (spelled Kamelan)

It is used while practicing Pencak Silat (Indonesian martial art) and with Indonesian dances.
