I really did try to Google combinations of the lyrics the OP wrote and I just kept getting a Lil B song and "Tell me when to go"

It wasnt Keak. Beat had some sirens in it. It was an as of then mixtape rapper. Song was known. Thanks for the help detectives. Guess the vets have left the building.
