are you serious? i saw that fight.....and no he did not look good. de la hoya looked horrible...it was embarrassing...and mayweather got a split decision. it looked like 2 pusssies fighting..boring and not at all impressive.

Split decision was a joke. Besides, Oscar fought at 154 pounds, which is what Oscar fought at. Mayweather had to go to 150 pounds to fight him.

The difference between the Oscar that fought Floyd versus the Oscar that fought Pacquiao is Oscar has to go down to 147 pounds to fight Pac and was probably pretty weight drained as a result. Plus he was 2 years older.

Floyd is used to fighting guys BIGGER than him, cuz he's gone up in weight as the years went on. Right now Floyd fights at 147 pounds. Marquez just recently started fighting at 135 pounds. They are fighting at a catchweight of 144. That means Marquez will be the much smaller guy.

anyways, watch his Zab Judah fight, Sharmba Mitchell, Henry Bruseles, Phillip N'dou, etc. He's not always exciting but he always wins. He's a safety first, counter punching technician. That's why Pacquiao is all the craze right now because they are opposites.

Every fight I've ever seen Mayweather in he's looked pretty good.

I'm not gonna lie, when he went into LA, on Cinco De Mayo, and wore a fuckin pancho and a fuckin sombero and beat De La Hoyas ass in 2007 that might have been one of those fights youre talkin about that you need to see.

yeah mayweather vs diego corrales is my fav mayweather fight. but if you want to see mayweather just giving a beatdown, then mayweather vs gatti.

the corrales fight i never watched so ill watch it, but that was a while ago and i dont know if its the best presentation of what floyd willl be able to do against marquez...i just want to see a fight that will make me give floyd more credit going into the 19th
