I've never had fancy, but most ketchups are the same. I've actually had some nasty ketchup before tho.. My favorite 1 is a foreign Heinz hot ketchup. The 1 I had from the US just had tabasco added to it.

The actual difference between fancy and regular ketchup is that the tomatos get sliced and checked for bugs and blemishes before the tomato paste is made. I been on a tour of the heinz factory in the bay. My dad fixes their lift trucks.

It's all the same shit really. Taste the same to me.
