You'll get more air/blood flowing during your workouts and shit now
fuck yeah.. i run and Jog to work ( as much as i can.. im taking it slow..) and i went from sets of 15- 20 pushups to 50 per set. i try to do 500 or more every other day. I feel good as fuck. After the new year im gonna Start some shit with someone and try to 1 hitter quitter some fools like back in the day..lol.

yeah running will start up at school again next week.

Like 6 miles a day

100 pushups

50 situps

like 30 minutes of streches

leg lifts, planks, balancing, etc.

every day, blahhh

Gets you in MAD good shape though, i did it last year
