It was a long time ago when I saw the article. Just did a Google search and I'm slightly off. The article said that an actress refused to do anymore nude scenes but didn't name who. The two in question are Cersei and Daenerys.

Apparently Daenerys played Breakfast At Tiffany's on Broadway that started off with a nude bathtub scene. Broadway has a strict no camera policy and the minute she stood up from the tub, flashes just started going off like crazy.
