She was cryin because the dwarf, Tyrion, told her it is he she is to marry. She realized she made a huge mistake and she has to marry another Lannister. She was always tickled by that gay little Tyrrell ever since he gave her a rose when he fought in the tournament in front of the King. For her to one minute think she's going to marry basically the man of her dreams to a scarred ugly Lannister dwarf was devastating to say the least.
