Good episode I'm kinda pullin for the Khaleesi to step to the iron throne. She's gonna be a factor when those dragons get their grown man on.

I still cannot get over all of the great characters and settings in this mothafucka. How bout ol boy with the "I owe you three lives" shit, that was hella cold.

The second season obtained a 15% increase in budget in order to be able to stage the war's most important battle, the Battle of the Blackwater, in episode nine.
I never rely on wikipedia but god damn do I hope thats true.
I've been wondering why the scenes fade to black before a battle and then reappear only after shit goes down. A show this good doesn't need a bunch of carnage and bloodshed to be entertaining but I did notice the lack of battle's and how they skip em all the time.

most notably how they Tyrion Lannister get hit with a mallet before the battle even started, knocking him out and skipping the entire battle. In the book dude actually fought and even took out a guy or two. But I imagine having some braveheart type battles would be pretty expensive.

Anyways, I've caught up to the show with the book and it's pretty much the same. Not a whole lot happens in the book, lots and lots of conversation and isn't incredibly eventful so I see why the first several episodes of season 2 have been a bit slow. I'm sure that will change soon

i thought one of the mountain men shagga or whatever took him out as he came out of his tent. Hopefully the upcoming battle scenes and the stuff with khaleesi they really put alot of effort into because it was awesome in the book.
