Ahh right I kinda remember reading that here and there a season or two ago. Fuck it, they should double down and just make every reddit theory fact. Bran caused the Mad King to go mad? Done. I don't think it's him. I think it's the mysterious dude in blue Butcher posted earlier who is in several Arya scenes following her. Matches it better, peep:

Another theory about the dude in blue is he's actually Jaqen in disguise to watch Arya and the Waif

In the trailer Arya is simply jumping off a ledge, presumably being chased by the waif or someone. But it's interesting to note that mysterious blue shirt dude is chillin on the balcony. He's been in like half a dozen arya scenes now, last episode most clearly following her in the crowd of people after she got stabbed (no one else wears blue he sticks out). His shoulder pads most resemble the shadow outline previously posted imo
