Try removing safari... if that doesn't fix it. Then remove safari and firefox. once complete then reinstall firefox

dl and run hijackthis, malewarevytes and update it.
run hijackthis, select all n remove, if you get any lsp prompt in hijackthis, follow their instructions,
scan pc with malewarebytes after all that n remove found spyware.

restart in normal mode, then run firefox

Who can recommend me a good virus scanner for Windows7?
My dad bought a new laptop with Windows7 it came with Norton but I know from the past your systems speed will decrease significantly while using Norton. So I'd rather remove that and get another, maybe better virus scanner for his system.

Myself haven't used Windows in a good minute and have never used Windows7 so I was wondering which one of you heads can recommend me a good one.

I think it has something to do with NetAxle, as that's what it shows before the pop up loads. I googled NetAxle, but am not finding anything on how to remove it.

I ran Hijackthis, and tried to select all and fix, but it gave me a warning about it. I will post the log when Malwarebytes is done doing it's scan.

I'm also having problems printing in Mozilla. The Print Options screen will not pop up when I hit Print. It only does this in Mozilla, I can print fine in MS Word and in Word/Notepad.
