have yall lost interest in rap music at all ?

I wouldnt say that I have lost interest, i would say that as i have gotten older my tastes have gotten more eclectic, at the same time rap on tv and the radio has grown steadily more and more deplorable as each day passes, Im one of the few people i know that still goes to the record store regularly, and the past few trips i havent found much to speak of.
Yeah I've lost interest in the Radio...
and mainstream video.. a LONG time ago.....
I only listen to underground shit...
a Lot of the CDs I do buy are straight to internet releases... but
these CDs have lots of songs I like.. since the artists have full control
of the music. .not a label...
Also the only one from the Mainstream.. im feeling is Chamillionaire right now...
He actually is pretty good...
Other than that.. there's still lots of good underground.. stuff that is NOT in the stores...

a lil bit. i only listen 2 bay shit & its clearly goin down fast. seems like sick wid it the only 1s droppin actual full length new material cds anymore, im so sick of all this mixtape bullshit & recycled verses & half ass rushed collabos. i cant beleive how low sum peoples standards seem 2 be getting, cudnt beleive it when i heard dudes on here sayin "da bidness" was a classic, wow, average at best.

Yes when it comes to most of the crap they play on the radio and MTV and BET. Thank god I know which artists i can count on every time to make albums that I like. I feel bad for these youngsters nowadays, we had Big, Pac, Nas, Pun, Big L etc and they have Soulja Boy, D4L, The Franchise boys etc. Theres only a handful of rappers in the mainstream nowadays they are arent half bad. Jeezy, Lil Wayne and T.I are just about the only mainstream rappers i would be caught dead listining to. IMO everything alse put out by major labels is basically garbage with one catchy single attached to it
