has anyone been to a major UFC event?

I went to 99 out here in Germany, shit was fun as hell. The tickets were pretty cheap (like 60 Euro for nosebleeds). It really doesn't matter if the main event is short because you would have already seen about 10 fights before the main event.

I was surprised by how quickly they do the fights. There's like only about 5 minutes between each fight.

And you don't hear Joe or Goldie. That was the strange part, no commentary during the fights.

I'll probably hit up the next one they do on this side of the Atlantic (I think UK in the winter).

I swear at UFC 71, I was one of about 10 Rampage supporters in the whole fucking MGM Grand Garden Arena, or at least it seemed that way.

I WAS GOING FOR RAMPAGE TOO.EVERY1 AROUND ME WAS YELLING CHUCK,CHUCK,CHUCK.AT THE WEIGH-INS AND AT THE FIGHT,BUT WHEN RAMPAGE WON EVERY1 WAS ALL RAMPAGE,RAMPAGE,RAMPAGE.

The early UFCs were the best. No time limits, no rounds, no stop and restarts...everything goes...just like real scraps and bar brawls.

I stopped watching the UFC when they became civilized with rules and rounds.
