my brother in law was a die hard halo 1 fan. he boycotted halo 3 for one reason and one reason only. I guess from what he describes they made it too easy. in halo one you had to be pin point acurate with your shots and he loved it. if you shot at someone and it went right past there ear it wouldnt give you the kill. But in halo 3 if some shit like that happends it gives you the kill. He thinks that is bullshit and so do all his diehard halo 1 fans. But I guess alot of all the "newbie" gamers out there love it cause it was too hard to figure out the pin point acuracy. Personally I am not a halo fan so I could care less but to mee having to be pin point acuract is more realistic. If you shoot someone right past there ear in real life its not going to kill them lol. I havent played halo 3 so I dont even know how true the statement even holds but this is just what he said.

last time i checked halo wasnt a realistic shooter...he sounds like one of those annoying ass guys online that doesnt nothing but complain when they are doing shitty

oh,and back on topic...beat the game on legendary. go half way through doing co-op with my friend but he ended up going on vacation. so started over by myself

not as hard as everybody said it would be...just have to be patient. the battle rifle is your best friend on legendary

Finally Played this shit last night and this morning.... very impressed with the campaign mode, good story so far.... WAYYYYY better then halo 2 campaign thats for sure

^Halo 3 has exceeded my expections, my god, the solo player game is off the fuckin hook. Launching Warthogs off jumps onto Scarabs and then fucken em up... so dope.

see,couldnt agree less...i thought the single player (outside of playing co-op) was horrible

fuck a call of duty Lol... nahh i do wanna play it though.. I havnt played COD yet. But HALO 3 is still my shit... i gotta get used to it agian though... i rented assassins creed and that shit is slow as hell like how he runs n shit n the gaming is so different compared to HALO and when i jumped from game to game yesterday i fucked myself up haha.

i went back to playing halo and it felt like it was in slow motion for me,dont know if it the framerate or what but halo 3 just doesnt cut it for me anymore. COD4 is where its at

i only played the halo 3 for its campaign. its got some of the most epic battles in video games. they could be movie scene battles but your playing them. its pretty tight single player. multiplayer is a different subject.

I just got my XBOX back last night (so happy almost tackled the UPS man) and played that shit for the first time.

I was sort of dissapointed at first with the graphics but as I played more I started appreciating them. Beat the game on normal stayed up till three doing so. Spent about a fifth of that time saving the hostiles because of that nigga wit the sword.


I was kind of mad how it ended it didnt seem like it was some big fighting part. I just drove out of that bitch.


Pretty fuckin fun... I just cant figure out how to play team slayer and shit. I tryed to play it with my brother and only me and him were fighting. We couldnt add any players. I guess we had to be online. Can anyone help?

naw man i thought the campaign was good thats all i really bought it for to finish the fight...

but as i started playing live just the way they set it up and shit and there is alot of stuff u cant do..so much more shit u can do in cod4 not to mention the graphics.....

as i stated playing online it just made me hate the game cuz i alrdy beat single player so...........had to trade it for cod4...and i dont really miss it......i think for me it was one of those games that u rent and beat then im done wit it..but cod4 is an ALLROUND good game.

u gotta be online..u gotta pay for online...u gotta join a game wit other people or host and invite ppl...and most importantly must play live to play online.
