I just went to a Guerilla Black show recently and was chillin with him and a bunch of people after the show backstage..

Guerilla Black is not from Compton.. this is verified by some of my homeboys that are from Compton and know him personally. A lot of people from Compton were definitely in the house though including almost all of Guerilla Black's crew and Lil E was there to show support as well as Cypress Hill and Spitfire (dude from Compton that won the interscope contract).. It was a hot show, and Guerilla Black is one of the coolest mothafuckas you will meet. I don't know what the deal is with his voice, but he sounds like BIG to me when he talks so that just might be his real voice
