...when keepin it real goes wrong is what Yuk wasn't waiting for. This is real life when you're in the spot Yuk was in, not the hood. Yuk is a successful man you gotta remember that, taking that into his own hands could have a negative effect on his career especially with the popularity of the whole incident. AND this is the problem with being a street rapper with success; you HAVE TO keep your credibility with your fanbase to keep them by saying all the right things. However you Can't live the same lifestyle for long...Suge tried it, and now we have Yuk on the other hand. It's all gonna crumble in one way or another because there's always someone waiting to pull your card LOL.
So either keep your fanbase and keep your personal life as private as possible (taking all precautions) OR continue to be a low-life ass gangster rapper making enough money to "get by" your choice....or just be really real with your shit and do something else. Street rap definitely has a curse on it & curses are always hard to identify (thus West Coast Rap as a whole).
