I have the lil submarine and have come across some weapons, bullet proof vest and so far 2 cases of money (12,000 and 12,500 I believe) and if you switch characters after you swim away a bit from where you get the cases and you switch back (I'm my case I was Michael when I found the cases) the case of money re appears. Also found an alien space ship under water

Also, how come I lost a car? I always kept it in my garage at the pad, but then left it for a mission and never got it back. Still kind of confused how to keep a car permanently.
