No it isn't because it[budget crises] is a common and realistic problem. It is quite reasonable to compare other budget crises with the one in California.
It would be bad logic if I said the governor should deal with it the way every other state deals with it. Except that would mean I didn't know what I was talking about in the least; which, obviously, is not true.
The governor's tactic has nothing to do with solving the budget crisis other than to capitalize off the ignorance of the general voting public to move some people. It is more about strong arming the state and grabbing at more power than he is not allowed by the California constitution.
It is bold, creative, and just might work. That doesn't mean it is good. And it sure doesn't mean people should be stupid enough to blame the other guy[legislature] when it happens.

and ill tell you why hes also to blame, his May Revise made it so impossible for bipartisan agreement that legislators dont know what the fuck to do. He is making all the wrong budget cuts on the backs of those who are most vulnerable.

Dems wants to raise taxes only for the Rich, the same taxes that were in place just a few years ago. Republicans refuse to raise taxes and even have a law where people who own yachts dont get taxed. If thats logical to u, u got problems. They call dems over-spenders but not everyone in cali makes republican money.
The Big 4, which includes, Perata and speaker Karen Bass meet regularly to discuss budget but they never agree to shit, and the biggest reason is that its supposed to be the BIG 5, and the governor NEVER shows up. He needs to get his head out of his ass and make a decent budget.
thats not the point ,the point is that poor people get the services that they need most cut, ie. education, health, transportation, all in the name of fixing the budget, why not tax those who will BE LESS affected by it, like people who own yachts and not get taxed. anyone who doesnt agree is a fuckin douche.
