Im confused. Why was your 360 hooked up with component cables?

Why do yo have your PS3 hooked up via HDMI-DIV, as opposed to just using an HDMI cable all the way through?

compenent cables are the high def cables that come with the 360, the red, blue, green wires.

dude probably doesnt have a free HDMI slot free on his tv if he has one at all. If he has a dvi input then he can buy a HDMI-DVI wire and hook it up like that for 1080p.

Wel, seeing as his TV is an HD TV..i think he may have one or two of those on his TV

No, its NOT common sense. You nor I know WHAT the hook-up situation is...thus me asking WHY he used a HDMI-DVI as opposed to just a HDMI directly from the PS3 to the TV.

Only have the core 360...no HDMI output on that. Television only has RCA/S-VIDEO/COMPONENT/DVI inputs.
DVI = (HDMI - AUDIO) TV is the weak link now. Pushing only 1080i. Time to upgrade!

This is it here. Picture is good. Not so from angles. Looks good in dark and light rooms. The screen reflects light. Its rear projected and kinda bulky but not too much...Not to bad for the price. I'm going DLP next.
