and i aint surprised about the whole commercial thing...everyone's falling off these days. lol
Falling off? Getting major radio play and making big money is a huge step up from the underground, bro. It's good to see underground artists trying to make big moves.

THERES A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAKING BIG MOVES AND CHANGING THERE MUSIC TO SOMETHING THEY DONT FEEL TO MOVE BIG.
Obviously you don't see the strategy. By making commercial albums they can be heard by fans who like commercial music. Then their new fans will learn about their underground albums thus bringing new fans to the underground. I bet alot of folks didn't know about 40 till he did a track with Fabolous. How many new fans do you think he has after doing that one track?

That's called making big moves.

the track with fabulous was far from commercial. you can gain fans doing what you feel, and sportin ya own type of music. rather then just copying the neptunes.

and to be honest. if keak does a whole pop album. then cats peep his old shit that have never heard it. you think they will feel it? even though its a 1,000 times different on every level????

My point was that the track had Fabolous(a pop artist) on it. I'm not saying anyone who makes a pop album is gonna blow up, I'm saying that making an album that appeals to pop fans will get their attention.

Yea I do think they will feel it. I used to listen to "hip-pop" but when I first heard "Here Comes Keak Da Sneak" I was lookin everywhere for it. Then I heard "Alright Cool" and there ya go....

thanks for the info v-boy. ill make shure not to cop ya cd when it drops. and do my fullest not to support you.

stay true to ya root, spit what you feel and have lived. leave the fantasy life alone cause it aint all money and hoes.

and that pop shit poped off way before 9-11. it aint got nothing to do with a plane crash, its got to do with 24's 20's and 22 inch rims.

and if anyone wants to do a song like get low and spit sad ass lyrics like that, they need to have the vocal coards ripped out.
