Yeah I've flashed ROMs on my Evo 4G and Sprint Hero ...

but since I updated my Evo 4G through OTA, I lost root and S-OFF, now I can't flash custom roms until a root is found ..

but if your phone is rooted, you should flash a custom rom. Some of them can save you battery ....

Imma try it out later today...hopefully I dont fuck shit up.
